We have flexible appointment hours, but generally as early as 9am to as late as 7pm - depending on the day.

Your appointment slot is a one hour window.

We do our best to arrive as scheduled but traffic conditions, unanticipated sick calls or other unforeseen circumstances will sometimes cause us to be late or need to reschedule.

We try to accommodate sick pets if at all possible on the same day.

We would ask your understanding if we are late or reschedule your appointment due to needing to see another clients' sick pet, becuase we would do the same for you.
